Shipping policy

Shipping is free within Victoria for orders over $499.00. A flat rate of $28.60 applies to orders under 498.99 for delivery in Victoria, and to all orders outside of Victoria.

Orders place before 12pm Monday to Friday will be despatched within 48 hours, product availability pending.

Average delivery time is 3 business days, allowing for up to 10 business days. If you have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact our office urgently.

If a product is out of stock with our supplier and delivery time is beyond our control, you will be notified by email that the item is back-ordered, or you may cancel the product order.

As a signature is required on delivery, your shipping address should always be attended during business hours.

In the event of a failed attempt to deliver, the AusPost, TNT or Student First Aid driver will leave a notification indicating the date and time of the attempt. Please follow the instructions on the notification to pick up or arrange re-delivery within the timeframe specified.

If the order returns to Student First Aid as "unclaimed" or "undeliverable", a $28.60 (inc gst) re-delivery fee will be applicable before we send the order out again. Alternatively you may cancel the cost of goods, minus any original delivery fee, will be refunded or credited.

Avoid shipping costs and collect your order directly from our office at 5 Cato Street, Hawthorn East, Victoria. Call Customer Care on 1300 017 036 to arrange pick up between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
