Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free for online orders over $149 with the exception of the following conditions:

orders for over-sized items: large equipment and furniture including but not limited to stretchers, examination couches, dressing trolleys, step-stools, privacy screens.
- orders for products that carry a $80.30 Dangerous Goods Levy for delivery by sea or air. We’ll be in contact if this applies to your order.
School First Aid Supplies and School First Aid Kits will be despatched within 48 hours when you place your order between 8am and 12pm Monday to Friday, product availability pending.
Average delivery time is 3 business days, allowing for up to 10 business days. If you have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact our office urgently.
If a product is out of stock with our supplier and delivery time is beyond our control, you will be notified by email and asked to either confirm your acceptance, or cancel the product order.
Signature on delivery
Your shipping address must be attended during business hours as we require a signature upon delivery.
Unattended or incorrect delivery address
As a signature is required on delivery, your shipping address should always be attended during business hours.
In the event of a failed attempt to deliver, the AusPost, TNT or Student First Aid driver will leave a notification indicating the date and time of the attempt. Please follow the instructions on the notification to pick up or arrange re-delivery within the timeframe specified.
If the order returns to Student First Aid as "unclaimed" or "undeliverable", a $19.00 (inc gst) re-delivery fee will be applicable before we send the order out again. Alternatively you may cancel the order and the cost of goods, minus any original delivery fee, will be refunded or credited.

Customer pick up
Avoid shipping costs and collect your order directly from our office at 5 Cato Street, Hawthorn East, Victoria. Simply select Pick Up at check out.
We’ll be in touch when your order is ready for pick up between 8.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Product returns
Please check your goods as soon as possible when you receive them.
If there are any discrepancies contact Student First Aid Customer Care on 1300 017 036 within 7 (seven) days of receiving your goods, to be issued a Return Authorisation Number. The returned goods must be unused and in the same condition they were sent.
If the goods are faulty or the product fails to work or do what was described, you’re entitled to a remedy. Depending on the nature of the problem, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
If the goods don’t match your order, we will send you the replacement goods and include a pre-paid Express Post satchel for you to return the incorrect goods back to us.
