Payment Methods

We’re here to help you improve the health and wellbeing of every student.

To streamline online ordering, we offer two payment methods at check out - Credit card or Invoice for account holders. Call Customer Care on 1300 017 036 to apply.

Depending on product availability, orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday will be despatched within 24 hours. Orders are not despatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Fees

We offer free delivery within Victoria for orders over $499, or at a flat rate of $28.60 for orders delivered within Victoria under $498.99.

All orders for delivery outside Victoria incur a flat rate shipping fee of $28.60.

We do not ship orders internationally.

We use a registered delivery service which can be tracked.

How are orders tracked?

We retain a delivery tracking number should we need to follow up delivery.
